Born and raised in rural Suffolk I have always loved the diversity and beauty of our wonderful landscapes and wildlife. Recent retirement has enabled me to spend more time improving my lifelong hobby of photography with my particular interest being all aspects of wildlife.

The rich variety of landscape, habitat, rivers, fen and marsh lands in Suffolk provides ample opportunities for me to get out and about with my camera constantly discovering new and exciting locations. We are truly blessed in this beautiful county of ours with, amongst others, Lackford Lakes in the west and Minsmere on the coast offering high profile reserves packed with wildlife but also much smaller reserves and landscapes around the county which are simply beautiful.

The wildlife which calls our county home, for part or all of the year, to me is often simply breathtaking and is constantly inspirational; I am delighted to share some of favourite wildlife images with you.
